I founded CareerBridge US because I've seen, firsthand, how much talent gets lost in translation — not for lack of skill, but because the U.S. job market wasn't built with bilingual professionals in mind. I wanted to build the resource I wished more people had: one that understands both where you're coming from and where you're trying to go.
My background spans more than seven years in workforce and career development, across higher education, workforce programs, and organizational consulting. Along the way, I've helped professionals from many different backgrounds sharpen their resumes, prepare for interviews, and step into new roles with more clarity and confidence. That experience is what shapes how I work with every client today: with structure, honesty, and genuine care for the outcome.
I hold a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Leadership and Innovation, along with graduate and undergraduate degrees in Human Resources and Industrial-Organizational Psychology. I'm also a bilingual English–Spanish professional myself, so this work is personal as much as it is professional.
